Bagpipe of Bergamo Alps (Lombardy)

The baghèt is a bagpipe typical of the Bergamo Alps and is made up of a stitched goat or sheepskin baga, a dialect term from which the name of the instrument derives; by a conical-shaped melodic chanter, referred to as diana or pia, on which there are 7 front holes and one rear hole; finally, by two drones, orghègn, of which a larger one is made up of three segments joined together and a smaller one is made up of two segments.
